Simultaneous machining can be selected with ease

Set-up can be selected easily thanks to simple Right and Left side programming.
Part transfer from left spindle to right spindle is used with direct chucking in Z-axis slide movement to meet high in accurate transfer for 1st operation and 2nd operation.
The spindle head stock is designed perpendicular to maximize mass and to prevent vibration.

The WT-150 for multiple process requires only 6.3 m2. It corresponds to 2 units of NC lathe and 2 units of Machining Centre for separate process.
Not only space saving, a reduction of the total cost is achieved, with a reduction of process control management, mimimum labour cost and no in-process inventory.
