Fast and flexible machining with Twin-spindle and Twin-turrets
- Servo turret indexing, C-axis, 24 stations turret, fast Z-axis slide rapid traverse rate of 40m/min, X-axis 16m/min. Additionally, New control FANUC 18i-TB is loaded to provide more efficiency.
- 12-station turret is realised 24 stations by half turret indexing. Permanent tooling helps complex machining and reduce set-up time. In addition, by redesigning the internal structure for the milling drive, rigidity has been boosted and machining efficiency is drastically improved for complex machining.
- Direct part transfer from 1st operation to 2nd operation and NT work navigation ensures machining more accurately. Therefore, complex machining parts can be produced in one process. This system helps reduce the handling cost and eventually leads to a reduced total cost..
- Bar material, Slug, Casting or Forging will be handled in automation by our equipment such as Zen-bei(Shaft loading), Hai-bei(Shaft unloading), Auto Cho-bei II(Auto Bar feeder) and Mon-bei(Gantry loader). These equipments are one of our products and would be very convenient for maintenance service.
