Rotating tool spindle with ATC

B-axis positioning range +/-115 degrees, Y-axis stroke +/-80mm for wide range of machining.Highly efficient production is possible by 8000rpm, 15HP high-speed, high-output motor mounted on the tool spindle. Thanks to independent self-supported tool magazine and change arm,loss of machining accuracy due to inertia effect and vibration caused by ATC operation is prevented.By preparing next tool during machining, time for tool change is 1.5 seconds (tool to tool).
