L/R Spindles, 12 station Turrets & Tool spindle make Optimum Productivity available from any angle in One Hit Machining. (STW-40)
Reduce cycle time by the lower turret making the time balance between left and right machining process. (STS-40)
Tool spindle is built with rigid box way slide and Y-axis and B-axis will achieve a wide range of complex machining.
Machining using lower turret is done during upper tool spindle ATC cycle.
Using 24 tools on Turret and 40 tools magazine for Tool spindle = 64 tools (optionally 104, 144 ) allows retention of required tools for all volumes of production. (STS-40: Number of tools 12(Turret) + 40 = 52 (Op.92, 132))
