What does this really mean?
As standard, all new Nakamura Machine Tools offered by Turning Technologies UK Ltd are covered by a one year unlimited hours parts and labour warranty with qualifying repairs free of charge.

To give you time to think about it, you may ask to enter into a Preventative Maintenance Agreement at any time from your initial discussions with us right up until the end of the first year after installation.
What is covered by, FutureSecure™?
All original Nakamura supplied machine elements are covered by, FutureSecure™.
However, as with all new machines, some things are not. Routine service and maintenance items, natural wear and tear, Operator error damage or non-approved modifications or conversions are not covered by, FutureSecure™. Third party accessories (ie those not originally supplied from Nakamura) come with their own original manufacturers limited warranties.
Maintaining FutureSecure™
Each machine will come with its own unique warranty card and a service book.
The Years 2 and 3 warranty is dependent on agreeing to a Preventative Maintenance Agreement that runs concurrently for the 2nd and 3rd Years and includes servicing and additional special discounts on spares and labour. You must also carry out any recommendations arising from each preventative maintenance visit. On completion of each 12 month service TTUK will activate the warranty extension for a further 12 months up to the full 36 months.
The Guaranteed Buy Back and Trade in Values are subject to the machine being in good working condition, with no faults and to being maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications (which we ensure provided you have purchased the Preventative Maintenance Agreement). Any damage, faults or items missing from the machine by reference to the machine specified on the original Sales Order Confirmation must be rectified or replaced before we will fulfil the terms of the guarantee.
